The first Healthy Horse Expo, organized by dedicated volunteers in 2006 showcased presentations by some of the best in the industry, displayed over 50 practitoners and products, and was visited by close to 300 people, all drawn to the healthy potential of the event. The first ever event in Western Canada completely dedicated to Equine and Animal Wellness, it was a great honour to have been the vehicle by which vendors and practitioners came together to educate and promote greater heath and wellness in horse and rider. After our 2nd event in 2008 it become very clear that we were creating a powerful venue for networking and learning, with over 60 exhibitors, 15 presenters and 500 participants.
This year, we are happy to be once again creating a venue for horse and animal people alike to gain knowledge, meet health practioners, and discover products designed to enhance the health of their animals. If you have information to share, a health promoting animal or human (animal owners) therapy to demonstrate,, or a wonderful health promoting product we hope you will consider being a part of our fun and unique event. Join us from 10-4pm, March 28, 2009 at the Saanich Fairgrounds in beautiful Victoria, BC for a great day!
Registering to be an Exhibitor
We are welcoming any individual, company or organization with a focus on Equine and Animal health and wellness. This includes those who work to bring balance to riders and animal owners.

Important Information for Exhibitors (Please Read):
Doors open for exhibitors at 8am. All booths must be fully set-up by 9:30am on April 5 . No exceptions!
There are no refunds on booth rental fees (exceptional circumstances may be considered).
We are relying on your commitment to make this event a success. Please do not confirm if you are unsure of your attendance!
Please bring own chairs and equipment for booth. Only table will be provided.
2 exhibitor tickets included per booth. Each additional exhibitor ticket can be ordered above at a price of $5 each.
Confirmation of payment will be sent to exhibitors via email.
Booths must not be taken down until after the completion of the event at 4pm. No exceptions.
Receipts will be available at the info booth on the day of the event.
