2:15pm - Calm and Confident: A presentation on overcoming fear
Would you like to gain more confidence with your horse? Are you tired of trying to ignore or push aside fear or insecurity only to find it reappear, often stronger than before? If you are riding through fear (or not riding because of it!), let us help you rediscover the joy of riding that brought you to horses in the first place! Fear is a little talked about, yet very present force in the equine industry. Jodine Carruthers and Emily Pelletier have united together to share with horse lovers these straightforward methods on becoming “Calm and Confident”, in the saddle as well as on the ground. Discover how to listen to your fear, hear the message it has for you, and move through it positively while keeping yourself safe.
